These municipalities towns then create a central store that not only supplies all the seeds plants and equipment needed they also test and BUY BACK whatever is created . The store also sells federal products that is how the store remains legal within the confines of current guidelines and also how the feds keep their hands in the pie so to speak
The town store has a Living display so people can see with their own eyes how any new building in their homes or barns warehouses will look like . The work it takes and the money it takes to get it done on many scales from small room to large warehouse back yards and personal gardens the store provides all of that information .
Homeowners invest in proper construction within their homes and buildings to accommodate the growing of Cannabis which will require permits and inspections that should also be provide by the town or city this will be DIRT CHEAP A license to grow by the county town or city will also be DIRT CHEAP . This ensures active participation and quells any greedy town hatred .
Who benefits Immediately are home construction, Contractor .Electricians plumbers. Hydro has to come in and inspect The Fire dept comes in all make a bit for every action . The real winners are outfits like home hardware and Home depot they make bank on the new building boom that happens however small it is it will be a BOOM for them .
6 months later product starts coming into the store they weigh it test it to grade it and no matter how bad the grade the town buys the product and sells it at the town store . Some will not be okay for people but just fine for oil and distillate as issues like too much fertilizer can be filtered out in the process It's all worth money and most of all A family who invested 5000 dollars in their grow op gets something back . Specialty stores will open for equipment and Retail and that money will all stay in the community as profit , After one year an entire small city can be producing it's own strain and mothers so no outside product is needed so the entire program becomes self sustaining so it cost NOTHING to keep it going so MASSIVE profits will happen Hotels will Re-open New business and tourism will stream in to get a piece of it .
If there is one thing I can say after 30 years of growing CANNABIS is that it only needs some startup funding . After that if done right and patiently it will pay for itself in only one year after that you make profit forever as long as you stick with the programs that got you there . You can experiment in the next building which undoubtedly you will require and can afford. That building is the new Gold standard that you build a future on ,a Cannabis Future .
First Nation settlements
First you apply for a federal Cannabis license so you can open a store on the reservation/settlement . While your waiting for that you can either renovate an existing building for Cannabis Growing or purchase (with FEDERAL Help) a 20 -40 room work camp that is not moldy and can be converted into a 40 room Cannabis operation . Each room can be sealed in and has adequate power already there Once you hook up a Camp to a 220 source then it becomes very stable on an electrical level and you can put whatever light fans and ventilation that will be required to achieve a pretty successful operation as a 40 room camp would produce 4 lbs per room every 8-10 weeks A lb of Nice Cannabis can generate over 3000 dollars at any store 4 lbs per room plus 40 160 lbs per 10 week schedule 160 x 3000 that 480,000 dollars every ten weeks in 2 week intervals so the rotation happens 8 times a year even low grade Cannabis will generate some serious Profit which in turn you use for social programs health and well being and Housing Nobody would go without , Chief and council become board members who get dividends everybody is happy . After 2 years of growth and profit you can open a state of the art facility that doubles in profit every 16 weeks until it caps after 2 years .
Is that easy NO It's not , with current regulations keeping corps making it all and profiting from covid-19 we wont get anywhere near this potential economy saving program . The feds need to lighten it up so everybody can get involved Corps need to provide funding plants and genealogy not only steer the ship at first but establish good positive connections with smaller entities doing the same good work .
Corps can provide so much at start up that will keep them and the feds in the game....For now because if they do relax regulations and allow us all to do this outside forces will want in and a massive new industry will be created from one little seed .
Right now picture a Giant Bag Of MONEY in a field and the feds have a massive fence around it to keep it all for themselves and corps but the people keep coming to the fence we need that fence to be down not TORN down Taken down by the Powers that be . When that happens an entire new self sustaining BOOM of Cash will take over ....for a little while once it levels out after a decade it will be like gas stations very common and it will be super cheap because of competitive growing .
