How to save the Canadian economy after Covid-19

The Provincial and Federal Govt set up an infrastructure program for participating municipalities and townships and reserve /settlements . 

Small City Small town scenario

These municipalities towns then create a central store that not only supplies all the seeds plants and equipment needed they also test and BUY BACK whatever is created . The store also sells federal products that is how the store remains legal within the confines of current guidelines and also how the feds keep their hands in the pie so to speak

 

The town store has a Living display so people can see with their own eyes how any new building in their homes or barns warehouses will look like . The work it takes and the money it takes to get it done on many scales from small room to large warehouse back yards and personal gardens the store provides all of that information  .

 

Homeowners invest in proper construction within their homes and buildings to accommodate the growing of Cannabis which will require permits and inspections that should also be provide by the town or city this will be DIRT CHEAP A license to grow by the county town or city will also be DIRT CHEAP . This ensures active participation and quells any greedy town hatred  . 

 

Who benefits Immediately are home construction, Contractor .Electricians plumbers. Hydro has to come in and inspect  The Fire dept comes in all make a bit for every action . The real winners are outfits like home hardware and  Home depot they make bank on the new building boom that happens however small it is it will be a BOOM for them .

 

6 months later product starts coming into the store they weigh it test it to grade it and no matter how bad the grade the town buys the product and sells it at the town store . Some will not be okay for people but just fine for oil and distillate as issues like too much fertilizer can be filtered out in the process It's all worth money and most of all A family who invested 5000 dollars in their grow op gets something back  . The higher the grade the higher the payout which will create competition within the community  Grannies back Yard Kush to A 20 yr olds  Sativa blend  It all Benefits the community .

 

Specialty stores will open for equipment and Retail and that money will all stay in the community as profit , After one year an entire small city can be producing it's own strain and mothers so no outside product is needed so the entire program becomes self sustaining so it cost NOTHING to keep it going so MASSIVE profits will happen Hotels will Re-open New business and tourism will stream in to get a piece of it  .

 

If there is one thing I can say after 30 years of growing CANNABIS is that it only needs some startup funding . After that if done right and patiently it will pay for itself in only one year after that you make profit forever as long as you stick with the programs that got you there . You can experiment in the next building which undoubtedly you will require and can afford. That building is the new Gold standard that you build a future on ,a Cannabis Future . 

 

 

 

First Nation settlements 

First you apply for a federal Cannabis license so you can open a store on the reservation/settlement . While your waiting for that you can either renovate an existing building for Cannabis Growing or purchase (with FEDERAL Help) a 20 -40 room work camp that is not moldy and can be converted into a 40 room Cannabis operation . Each room can be sealed in and has adequate power already there Once you hook up a Camp to a 220 source then it becomes very stable on an electrical level and you can put whatever light fans and ventilation that will be required to achieve a pretty successful operation as a 40 room camp would produce 4 lbs per room every 8-10 weeks A lb of Nice Cannabis can generate over 3000 dollars at any store 4 lbs per room plus 40 160 lbs per 10 week schedule 160 x 3000 that 480,000 dollars every ten weeks in 2 week intervals so the rotation happens 8 times a year even low grade Cannabis will generate some serious Profit which in turn you use for social programs health and well being and Housing Nobody would go without  , Chief and council become board members who get dividends everybody is happy . After 2 years of growth and profit you can open a state of the art facility that doubles in profit every 16 weeks until it caps after 2 years . 

Is that easy NO It's not , with current regulations keeping corps making it all and profiting from covid-19 we wont get anywhere near this potential economy saving program . The feds need to lighten it up so everybody can get involved Corps need to provide funding plants and genealogy not only steer the ship at first but establish good positive connections with smaller entities doing the same good work . 

Corps can provide so much at start up that will keep them and the feds in the game....For now because if they do relax regulations and allow us all to do this outside forces will want in and a massive new industry will be created from one little seed . 

Right now picture a Giant Bag Of MONEY in a field and the feds have a massive fence around it to keep it all for themselves and corps but the people keep coming to the fence we need that fence to be down not TORN down Taken down by the Powers that be . When that happens an entire new self sustaining BOOM of Cash will take over ....for a little while once it levels out after a decade it will be like gas stations very common and it will be super cheap because of competitive growing .

A First Nation Awakens

 Some years back I had gotten pretty evil with my politics I mean I really wanted Harper to be gone and  for the CPC in Alberta to be done in . I was really angry sometimes . Now I had just recently been made aware by my own daughters that I was quite sexist and had conservative qualities myself . So I tried to shed that attitude and around women no problem but get around the fellas and forget it . It took years for that to happen . I heard Justin Trudeau speak in  ONT and he said "The Conservatives are not our enemies they are our friends and neighbors " And that's when I became a full liberal supporter He made me feel like shit for being so like them I immediately did an about face and became a better person for it several years later my Daughter came out to me because she felt I had grown up enough I guess lol and had changed for real Into a better Canadian  . I took pride in my politics brought good values to everyone especially to myself . Had more civic pride for my community and my neighbors .In 2016 my Nephews and I we're on our way to Southgate terminal in Edmonton riding the L R T and as soon as we left the stadium station an officer stood up and my nephew said "Now watch uncle he won't check fares he'll walk right up to us " sure enough he comes up and ask us all for ID not train fare so I had mine the boys had theirs and we had train fare he tries to insinuate my nephew is drinking when we didn't drink and go to the movies FFS it was Our Outing  . So I ask him "Why did you ask for ID first?" and he walked away from me . Then the lady across the way tells me it's 150 dollar ticket if you don't have ID that's why they ask the native boys because they most likely don't have ID SOOoo padding their stats by issuing tickets to Natives . First time in my life I identify systematic racism at the hands of a white man in authority. He was a City of Edmonton Transit cop who was a peace officer. Cop with no gun but he does have a ticket book .

Second time it happens I had just recently moved into a pretty run down house and the previous tenants we're pretty bad at doing the outdoor work so many tickets had been issued to the landlord not the tenant they weren't paying them so he got them . They we're also First Nation . It took me 10 days to clean up the yard cut back all greenery i moved 4 loads and an old trailer to expose the back yard after 30 years of garbage and grass . 

That summer Guns and Roses played the stadium we live close so I parked cars for the concert well my brother did now we only did about 4 cars . When we went out front to listen to the show some street rats looking for quick money filled up our yard it was too late by the time we noticed . 

Another City of Edmonton peace officer comes onto the scene but he didn't catch anybody doing it so instead of a warning now keep in mind he thinks we're the same Natives that lived there cause we all look the same to him undoubtedly  ( Racial Profiling  ) so he fabricates a development permit violation calling a Guns and Yard sale sign I had put up to block one side of my yard to foot traffic and 6 2x4's I had screwed together to make an A frame for the electronics in our Guns and yard sale he called that a development gave us a 1000 dollar fine and then sent that to the landlord , Now that right there if anybody else would have been an eviction  . However my landlord took pity cause he knows how many tickets that house got before and lets me pay it off over ten months . Which was just precious cause we we're also paying the damage off that way so the extra 200 a month out my life living below poverty was Delish . My Point this racist white cop used his ticket book to try and get me evicted so again they used his authority to expel his racist agenda . Second time I see it . 

That was 2017 SO ever since then I DO NOT ride the LRT. I Cut my grass and shovel walks not because I have civic pride . Because of FEAR that some racist POS will someday be having a bad day and subject my family to even more misery and payments simply because he can . It wears a man down so when he has to relive his 60's scoop memories because the federal gov flashed some coin at me then watch them red tape that into a nightmare of bad information and just bad timing for covid I had pretty much lost my respect for govt sort of I still was a liberal but the cracks of knowing what was taken from me my language my heritage it was starting to be heavy . After I read the MMIW report any respect I had for white society was GONE. I was just a false Liberal now . Recently I tried to  get my treaty status along with the sixties scoop settlement because I WAS STOLEN from my mother at age 2 spoke Cree and small English . She got me back 2 years later and it was gone . I didn't know who she was . My first memory of my Mother is her crying very hard  . She never spoke CREE again in front of us and never taught it to me . Heritage lost in one brutal scoop . Again more red tape and bad timing is keeping my heritage away from me I require one more document to fulfill my applications but it will put people in danger . The federal Govt putting a timeline to end all applications during a pandemic is also pretty bad so ya see after all of that do you still think First Nations get treated fairly . 

I have every right to hate you all into your graves but I don't YOU didn't do anything to me just some of your people are just DINKS most of you are pretty nice . After what I have seen and witnessed I no longer care to find out if it is in you to be good .  That's the biggest loss of all for me I have to look at the white man with crooked eyes for the rest of my life .

I may be WOKE but I'm not Happy and I used to be very happy DUMB but happy .
